DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last updated: 7/2/2026

Erotixo (“we,” “our,” or “the Website”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects content providers and users to do the same.

Erotixo operates as an adult content aggregation platform and does not host video files directly. All video content is embedded via iframe from third-party websites. Nevertheless, we respond promptly to valid copyright infringement notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and other applicable copyright laws.

1. Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that copyrighted material is accessible on Erotixo in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notification including the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been Plains infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the exact URL(s) on Erotixo
  4. Sufficient information to allow us to contact you, including your name, email address, and phone number
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

2. Submission of DMCA Notices

All DMCA notices must be sent to:

Email: [email protected]
Subject line: DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice

Incomplete or improperly submitted notices may not be processed.

3. Action Upon Receipt of Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Erotixo will:

  • Review the complaint
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
  • Take reasonable steps to prevent future access where applicable

Because Erotixo does not host files, removal typically consists of removing links or embedded players from the Website.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe material was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and its previous URL
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, and email address
  5. A statement consenting to jurisdiction in an applicable legal forum

Counter-notifications should be sent to: [email protected]

5. Repeat Infringers

Erotixo reserves the right to terminate access or block content sources that are determined to be repeat infringers, in appropriate circumstances.

6. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Erotixo does not control, operate, or host third-party websites. We are not responsible for content hosted externally. Copyright complaints related to the underlying video files should also be directed to the original hosting provider.

7. Abuse of the DMCA Process

Submitting false or misleading DMCA notices may result in legal consequences. Erotixo reserves the right to reject or report abusive notices.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
